Solar Sales Representative (1099 Commission-Based)
We are actively hiring for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut (Remote/Field Sales)
We are seeking an energetic and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor position (1099) where you will be responsible for generating your own leads and closing sales in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule and work autonomously, with no required sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting efforts.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the value of our products.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes, detailing the redline price and closing sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including follow-up with potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role with a redline price structure.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage your own leads and sales process.
- Must be based in or willing to work within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Connecticut.
