Role Description
We are currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support two C-suite executives for our client, Less Than Half.
Ideally you are located in New York, NY and are comfortable with a hybrid setup, but we are willing to have some flexibity on that for the right remote person. (Must have your own computer)
In this role, you will provide executive support, including, but not limited to: expense reports, inbox management, scheduling, communication tasks, and various other administrative assistance.
As a rapidly scaling startup, Less Than Half is ideally looking for an organized, detail-oriented, digital wizard. (In other words, our inboxes are flooded!)
Ideally you are someone that has no problem jumping right in to put systems and processes in place, with technical agility and a “can do” attitude.

- Experience in handling Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills
- Administrative Assistance skills

- Previous experience in art and/or entertainment is a plus
