Core duties and responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain new members, ensuring monthly membership targets are met.
- Identify and engage high-end potential prospects through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Elevate the membership tour experience aligning it with the club’s vision and values.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to conversion and collaborate with the Membership Manager for seamless onboarding.
- Conduct sales presentations, club tours, and one-on-one consultations to showcase exclusive offerings.
- Serve as brand ambassador at high-end profile events, galas, and community engagements to drive awareness and membership interest.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership on membership growth, campaign effectiveness, and actionable recommendations.

The salary range for this position is from $80K to $100K, depending on experience.
