Responsibilities :
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling of products.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Handle and resolve shipping-related issues, such as damaged products or shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Adhere to shipping and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for managing and continuously improving shipping software (shipstation) and other systems for optimal efficiency
