Account Director
General Summary:
The Account Director is responsible for overseeing projects and nurturing relationships with top major account partners. This role provides support to the Sales team by working cross-functionally to meet strategic objectives, complete routine health checks, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages top major accounts and serves as primary contact for assigned account partners
- Provides support to the sales team, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials
- Works cross-functionally to develop processes and materials, coordinate events, and provide support to colleagues and partners
- Maintains outbound communication and daily contact with key decision makers
- Reports on sales numbers, escalations, forecasting and other key metrics
- Stays up to date on product knowledge to provide guidance to partners
- Identifies areas for process improvements and serves as lead resource for existing team members

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- Preferred: 8 years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
- Remote/Hybrid/Onsite depending on location
- 25-50% travel may be required
