Connell & Associates are seeking a dedicated customer service advocate to join our mental health practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and compassionate service to clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar of mental health clinicians.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and support the practice's electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance claims processing.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking mental health support.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with electronic health records preferred.
- Experience with Zendesk and Kareo a plus but not necessary.
