The Lead Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern will assist in managing the front desk operations of our school and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in administration, communication, and leadership while supporting the daily activities of the front office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Organize and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence
- Train and mentor fellow interns or new front desk staff as needed
- Support special projects and events as assigned by the front office supervisor
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Current Junior and Senior students at Connelly School of the Holy Child who were previously employed as a Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexible schedules. Availability during 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday- Friday
