- Head JV Lacrosse (February 28, 2025- May 10, 2025)
- Assistant Varsity Lacrosse (February 28, 2025- May 10, 2025)
- Head Varsity Softball (February 28, 2025- May 10, 2025)
Requirements
The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed in relation to the position. This is not a comprehensive listing of all the responsibilities or tasks; other duties may be assigned when deemed appropriate:
In coordination with the head coach:
- Communicate with other coaches outside the ISL to schedule in-season games
- Coordinate and supervise a regular schedule of practice
- Encourage sportsmanship, team unity, and enforce all sportsmanship guidelines
- Enforce discipline of contest, school, league and state rules and regulations
- Supervise assistant coaches and enhance their professional development
- Support school organized efforts for a sustainable fundraising plan and communicate with players, coaches, and community
- Develop and maintain a relationship with the Athletic Director and Administration to facilitate court/facility use and monitor student athlete academic development
- Assist in managing Holy Child's Sports program for all levels
- Provide and display a willingness to work with the Athletics Department, administration, staff, student- athletes, and parents
- Support players in the college selection and recruiting process
- Develop and organize out of season training, tournaments, and player development
Below are the qualifications for this position:
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, coaches, and community. Experience coaching/participating in basketball at the high school or collegiate level. Knowledge of applicable league rules
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
