Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved promptly.
- Work with team members and management to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products, services, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
