Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement communication plans that align with company goals.
- Draft and distribute written content, including newsletters, press releases, and internal memos.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials as needed.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and update the company’s communication tools, including databases and directories.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic design or content creation tools is a plus.
