As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of various events by assisting in their planning and execution.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Support the event team in logistics management, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
• Help prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage to ensure all necessary information is available to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to design event layouts that optimize guest experience and enhance engagement.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to maintain positive relationships and ensure all event requirements are met.
• Assist on-site during events to oversee set-up, execution, and breakdown of activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Basic understanding of event planning principles and practices is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of presentation software and design tools preferred.
