Key Responsibilities
Assist with the creation, distribution, and tracking of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.Coordinate and schedule media interviews, press conferences, and events as needed.Help manage and update social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to public inquiries.Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other documents for client or internal use.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and current events to inform PR strategies.Track and compile analytics related to PR campaigns, media coverage, and brand sentiment.Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, filing, and managing correspondence.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.Familiarity with media monitoring software and basic analytics preferred.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
