The accountant will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities.
Responsibilities :
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
- Manage accounts payable and vendor record keeping
- Prepare payroll journal entries and expense report reconciliation
- Prepare state tax filings as required, start and maintain log of all state filings
- Manage cash requirements in bank accounts, any HHT spreadsheets, other input from LF / SM
