Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, analytics, and data modeling.
- Experience with PlanetTogether APS for advanced scheduling and production planning.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain solutions is desirable.
Business & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, S&OP, demand forecasting, and production scheduling.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
