Job Title: React Developer (Onsite)
Location: New York, NY (5 days onsite)
Project Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated React Developer to join our dynamic team for a 6-month project based in New York, NY. This role requires 5 days a week onsite attendance. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive web applications using React and related technologies. You will collaborate closely with the product and design teams to build responsive and high-performance applications that meet both technical and user experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues efficiently.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and React.
• Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React.js and building complex, responsive web applications.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Proficient in integrating APIs (RESTful services).
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
