Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and advertisements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and metrics. Support the management of the marketing budget and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including design, content, and distribution. Communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure project deliverables are met.
Job Requirement : Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software / tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
