Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Internal Communication : Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication across the company, including relaying key information, updates, and operational messages.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, working with relevant departments to find solutions.
