Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to train alongside our Systems Administrators in a supporting role, gaining valuable hands-on experience in advanced IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for company systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist employees with login, email, and application-related problems.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and assist with system updates.
- Maintain IT inventory and assist in setting up new workstations.
- Work closely with System Administrators to gain hands-on training and assist with advanced IT tasks.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior help desk or IT support experience preferred.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Pre-employment and random drug tests required.
Compensation and Benefits
