What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager position at Connextion Property Management?
We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, and customer-focused Onsite Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our residential properties. This is a key position that ensures the smooth running of the property and the satisfaction of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, maintenance requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs, inspections, and coordination of lease agreements.
- Manage property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Market and show vacant units to prospective tenants, assist with applications, and ensure timely lease-ups.
- Collect rent, track tenant accounts, and address delinquent payments in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, work orders, and property-related expenses.
