Drafter / CAD Operator IV
Location : Corona Division, CA
Clearance Required : Secret
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Drafter / CAD Operator IV to create and update Building Information Modeling (BIM) CAD drawings, maps, and plans for the Corona Division. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Revit, along with a deep understanding of architectural and engineering design.
This position is conditional upon contract award and requires the candidate to sign a Letter of Intent.
Responsibilities :
- Convert as-built drawings to BIM CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed project drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to develop and refine designs for utilities, roads, and other structures.
- Draft and illustrate maps, diagrams, and plans for construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Conduct infrastructure assessment surveys and update drawings as necessary.
- Prepare drafting instructions, desk guides, and other documentation for facility operations.
