Responsibilities :
- Contracts Administration :
Support general contracting and contracts administration across multiple departments to manage and streamline contracting needs.
Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of agreements, including :
Confidentiality agreements
Provide legal guidance for research , development , quality , and clinical operations functions.
Oversee and manage external counsel engagements as necessary.
Offer legal assistance across various needs, adapting to the companys evolving requirements.
Requirements :Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials .
Active, in good standing with the bar in at least one U.S. state .
5-10 years of legal experience, including substantial expertise in contract negotiation and providing business advice .
Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset .
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Willingness to travel up to 5% .
