Education Level : Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Overview :

Are you ready to work on the cutting edge of semiconductor manufacturing technology? As an Engineering Technician IV , you will provide essential support for installations, repairs, and maintenance of photolithography semiconductor equipment in Hillsboro, OR. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, with shift options that include day and night compressed workweeks. You will receive training in Austin, TX, or Hillsboro, OR for up to three months before starting onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure equipment is operating within factory specifications, checking and maintaining standards.
• Instruct and train customers in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Act as the primary company liaison with customers for assigned projects, including installations and major component replacements.
• Conduct complex repairs and unit replacements independently or in collaboration with other technicians.
• Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries to minimize equipment downtime.
• Document activities and provide periodic reports on equipment performance and issues.
• Conduct training sessions for customer personnel to ensure operational proficiency.
• Collaborate with other field technicians to troubleshoot and service equipment.
