About us
Compression Cares, LLC provides support to Connie Cares, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation. We provide sequential compression devices to patients through in home and clinic visits. We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team as a Territory Business Manager (TBM).
TBMs are responsible for introducing the Connie Cares program. Education of physicians, clinicians, and patients on our sequential compression devices, working with our internal team and external partners. TBMs will focus on maintaining and growing business opportunities. The optimal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and safely storing a minimal amount of stock; coordination and scheduling delivery with/to patients; delivering devices to customers in a timely, professional and efficient manner. The job includes delivery and set-up of a medical compression pump which also includes training of the patient.
TBMs are a part of the complete process from program introduction through patient delivery and training.
- Prospecting and scheduling program introduction/in-services
- Patient scheduling and delivery to their homes for training and setup
- Cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with accounts for continued business and partnership opportunities
Responsibilities:
· Provides in-home product delivery, setup, and training
· Collaborate with Regional Manager for sales strategies and execution to continue program outreach and expand opportunities
· Assists in providing ongoing customer and facility support and education
· Compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA
· Vehicular travel within designated area will be required
· Load and unload packages from vehicles (20 lbs)
· Phone coordination to schedule deliveries
· Establish and maintain a schedule that maximizes efficiency and accountability
· Education of the patient regarding device use as prescribed
· Provide clear verbal instructions for training and use of the pump
· Follow all safety and health protocols as outlined
· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and submit all required paperwork
· Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
· Other duties as assigned
The candidate must have a valid United States driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, current and continuing car insurance, phone and computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, excellent phone/communication skills, and be able to work independently with the ability to stay on schedule. A well-groomed appearance is expected. General mobility is required: climbing stairs, kneeling to floor to assist patients, carrying small boxes.
