At Connie Health, we’re revolutionizing the way older Americans navigate Medicare.As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Market Manager to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to revenue generation.
Role Overview
As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team.
This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and business development.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Team Management
- Oversee and manage local Medicare sales operations within your designated region.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach independent field agents to maximize performance.
- Actively engage as part of the team to drive sales and support growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and excellence aligned with Connie Health’s standards.
- Work with agents to develop local business partnerships to expand sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth, and supporting local business development efforts.
Who You Are
- Licensed & Certified – AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license.
- Leader & Mentor – Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching.
- Entrepreneurial & Independent – Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself.
- Accomplished – 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise.
- Growth-Oriented – Eager to advance in sales leadership and make a significant impact.
