- Agent Contracting Support: Assist new agents in obtaining carrier contracts and achieving Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status in a timely manner.
- Carrier Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with all major Medicare carriers, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the contracting process.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison between Western Asset Protection and Connie Health, resolving any contracting-related issues.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing assistance to current agents regarding contracting issues, terminations, or carrier transitions.
- System & Portal Expertise: Navigate and manage carrier portals efficiently to track agent status and resolve contracting challenges.
- Software Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of contracting software, AgentSync, etc.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all contracting processes adhere to compliance standards and maintain accurate records of agent contracts and RTS status.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Owning Book of Business transfer process for agents joining and leaving Connie Health. This also includes being the point of contact between Connie Health and WAP to assist with the agent release process.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the agent contracting process for faster onboarding.
- 5 years of experience in Medicare carrier contracting.
- In-depth knowledge of major Medicare carriers (UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, WellCare, etc.) and their contracting portals.
- Strong understanding of Medicare compliance regulations and RTS requirements.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, contracting software, and carrier portals.
