We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, including answering product-related questions and troubleshooting issues
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, based on their interests and preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers, both on the phone and in person, to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
- Attend industry trade shows and product training to stay up-to-date on market trends and product innovations
- Monitor market conditions, competitors' products, pricing, and sales to ensure Connor Co.'s products remain competitive
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mathematical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
