Connsci is seeking a Program Manager of Cyber Compliance for a potential upcoming project for a government client. This individual will be leading a team tasked with monitoring regulated entities and will be responsible for processing filings, producing reports and assessments, and conducting briefings as well as responding to phone call and / or email inquiries. Specific duties may include :
- Provide program management support to plan, control and execute all work required for the function.
- Manage a team of Cyber Compliance Analysts ensuring timely and accurate completion of all deliverables as well as handling of any personnel related issues
- Attend meetings with government staff and other external organizations
- Provide program-level reports to government customers
- Ensure accurate monitoring of covered entities to detect possible violations in reporting regulations related to "cyber / technology" events (e.g., reports related to systems security, disruptions, and compliance)
- Foster strong compliance and risk management practices
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members as needed
