REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience :
3 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Strong background in Project Management including experience in leading complex crossfunctional projects.
Proven success in implementing and scaling Agile practices across organizations.
Handson experience with squadbased designs Agile reporting and performance optimization.
Certifications (Required) :
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP).
Certifications (Nice to Have) :
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
Certified Agile Coach (ICPACC).
