Director, Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence
$80/hour on w2 (Little Flexible)
6 Months Contract to Perm | conversion is up to 200K (Contract rate is flexible)
Onsite 4-5 days a week Andover, MA (Must be local)

SAP S4 Hana experience is kind of a must
Could be a VP
Workday is less important here
Quality background is beneficial
Med Tech
Experience with BI/DWH
PowerBI would be beneficial here
AWS background
Experience with snowflake
Experience with data-- implementing a data lake and warehouse
Building the foundation around DWH for the company

Overview:
ERP System Leadership: Oversee the management and optimization of global ERP systems, ensuring they effectively support Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management functions.
HRIS Systems Familiarity: Possess a working knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, Talent Management, and Recruiting, to ensure the alignment of HR processes with enterprise applications
Enterprise Business Intelligence Systems: Extensive experience defining enterprise-level data strategies and roadmaps, creating data warehouse and data lakes from the ground up and experience with machine learning. Extensive experience creating reports and dashboards via PowerBI and Tableau
Business Alignment: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
Global Integration: Lead efforts to integrate diverse business functions within the ERP landscape, promoting data consistency, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Subject Matter Expertise: Bring deep expertise in enterprise application management, including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decision-making.
Team Building: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies across the organization.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on global ERP systems
Experience with ERP implementations (QAD ERP is a plus) with knowledge of HCM implementations (Workday) and Quality Management Systems.
Proven expertise in managing ERP functions related to Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, including Workday Core Human Capital Management Functions

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
