Title : Solutions Consultant

Location : Malvern PA

Role Type : Hybrid Role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Contract Role : Initial 12 months extension Long term contract role

Rate : $55 / hour on w2

Responsibilities :

• Builds productive working relationships with key partners to ensure recommendations and priorities are understood by all impacted parties. Leverages influencing and negotiation skills to champion optimal solutions. Acts as an advocate for change to introduce new technologies and processes to shape the business strategy.
• Translates business problems into strategic and costeffective technology solution alternatives. Leverages broad IT knowledge to research emerging technologies and apply to business problems. Creates blueprint capabilities for software middleware and hardware deliverables. Ensures all deliverables comply with IT policies and procedures.
• Partners with business and IT leaders to align business initiatives priorities and schedules based on strategic business and IT plans.
• Influences the broad organization by leveraging knowledge of existing technology solutions and options and the research that needs to be done to find new options.
• Owns and manages the capability landscape for one or more lines of business and its product owners as the business and the industry evolves. Develops deep knowledge of the business area(s) supported and the competitive landscape to provide context for decisionmaking.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business functions. Combines technical and functional knowledge to produce highly functional solutions to business problems.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 8 years experience

Trading and operations experience means working with transfer agents managing cash flow (contributions / withdrawals) processes Portfolio Accounting and Trade Processing
