Job Title : Technical Systems Analyst (Client Financial Insurance Company)
Required Skillsets :
Must have at least 10 years of professional experience using the below skills :
- Experience working with derivative and collateral management systems,
- Strong customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, a plus
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-learner, motivated and driven to achieve optimal results for the team
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities
- Familiar with how to assess technical architecture, people and skill sets to plan and execute business changes through the effective use of technology
- Experience working with Summit application
- Experience working with Oracle, c ,
- Experience with Linux, scripting language (ksh), Autosys a plus
- Experience working with Calypso applications, a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience delivering in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholders needs
- Good communication skills
- Ex-employee or ex-contractor of Prudential Financial is preferred but not required
