Test Engineer
Plano, TX (5 days a week on site)
Rate- 50 / hour on w2
Test and evaluation of a network-based ad insertion and content delivery system.
Development and execution of test plans based on system requirements.
Maintenance of test results documents.
Residential Gateway configuration and testing.
Experience with TR-69-based management platforms
Required skill sets :
Good written and oral communication skills, including sub-system visual documentation with Visio or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand technical requirements, develop test plans with detailed test cases, and validate requirements with formally documented test results.
Working knowledge of IP based networking and protocols for video transport, including multicast UDP, RTP, and IGMP.
Experience with TR-69-based management platforms
