Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Drupal Web Administrator to support the Clients web transformation initiative. This senior-level role will play a critical part in the migration, design, administration, and accessibility of Clients flagship website consisting of over 3,000 pages.

The selected candidate will work closely with both the Communications Division and IT Web Services team, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and modernization of multiple interconnected websites.

• Collaborate with content managers and technical teams to ensure seamless transition of content and functionality.

• Administer and maintain Drupal CMS for ongoing content updates and site enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

• Assist web contributors and provide support for consistent content governance.

• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience.

• Create and edit graphics, tables, and PDF content to ensure digital accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12 years of web administration and design experience, including large-scale website management.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Drupal CMS content creation, taxonomy, and navigation.

• Proven portfolio in UI/UX design, showcasing complex web solutions.

• Deep knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

• Understanding of SEO, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• 80% Remote work structure in-office presence required only 1 day per week in Austin, TX.

• Collaborative cross-departmental team with minimal supervision and high ownership.
