Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Power Center Developer to support our State of Texas client in Austin. This position requires strong expertise in Informatica Power Center or IICS for developing robust ETL processes, integrating complex data sources, and building optimized solutions that support analytics and performance management systems.

You must be a Texas-based candidate willing to work onsite from Day 1.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica Power Center or IICS
Expertise integrating data from sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF
Strong experience developing complex Oracle and/or Snowflake SQL scripts
Experience as a System Analyst on data warehousing or performance management projects
Proficiency with technical writing and diagramming tools (Visio, Erwin) and MS Office Suite
Experience in multi-platform software planning and delivery
Development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and C#
Experience working in Agile environments and using JIRA
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub & Git Actions
Knowledge of Mulesoft, SAS Viya, Web Services (REST, SOAP)
Understanding of data security in healthcare environments (PII/PHI data)
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably with an HHS agency
Strong communication and multitasking skills
