Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Blue Prism Developer to join the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team at the State of Texas IT Admin Apps Division. The selected candidate will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions to streamline business operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
Lead RPA development lifecycle including discovery, solution design, scope definition, development, testing, implementation, and production monitoring.
Monitor existing RPA scripts and enhance performance through programming improvements and configuration.
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and robust Blue Prism workflows.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA processes for quality assurance.
Required Skills and Experience:
12-15 years of overall IT experience
4 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development
Strong understanding of SQL/No-SQL databases
Proficiency in RESTful web services integration
Solid programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
Expertise in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture
Experience in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol
Hands-on experience with JDBC API development
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, especially in QA and troubleshooting environments
Certifications (Required Must Provide Copy):
Candidate must possess one or more of the following Blue Prism certifications:
Blue Prism Developer Certification
Blue Prism Associate Developer Certification
Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification
Blue Prism Technical Architect (v7) Certification
