Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support the SharePoint team within the Administrative Applications division of State of Texas . This role focuses on enhancing and supporting Robotic Process Automation applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Note: This is a 100% onsite role in Austin, Texas. Candidates must be local to the area no remote or hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other backend data sources.
Develop and support Power Automate Flows, including Desktop Flows and Business Process Flows for process automation.
Create and enhance Power BI reports for performance monitoring and business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.
Leverage Power Platform s Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center for governance and best practices.
Contribute to Agile sprint planning and participate in the full SDLC within a SaaS/PaaS environment.
Minimum Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in IT/software development
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proficient in Canvas and Model-driven app design using Dataverse or SharePoint
Deep knowledge of Power Platform development, including Desktop Flows
Experience working in Agile development environments
Skilled in SaaS/PaaS platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
Experience with Power Platform CoE Admin Center is a plus
