- Oversee medication administration, ensuring adherence to safety protocols..
- Train and mentor new nursing staff in best practices, including patient care and documentation.
- Utilize PCC for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Experience
- A valid nursing license (RN) with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medication administration and wound care protocols.
- Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
