Transportation Aide

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Transporter/CNA support our team in various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in driving, particularly in roles such as paratransit, shuttle driving, or delivery driving. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the transportation of clients using company van.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain vehicle in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety before and after use.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading passengers or goods.
• Follow all safety protocols while driving and during client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, timeliness, and high-quality service delivery.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and other patient specific details.

Skills

• Experience in paratransit or shuttle driving is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for job duties.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Previous experience/certification as a CNA is required.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and manage time effectively.
