What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer position at Conquest Tech Solutions Inc?
Location : Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Maintain general, day-to-day, knowledge of project tracks and progress.
- Quickly develop a basic understanding of the product / program (what it is and how it works) and its target audience
- Define roles & responsibilities by creating RACI / DACI for project teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for product / partner teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with UX leads and stakeholders to define project priorities and ensure those priorities are communicated team wide.
- Create and maintain project schedule to ensure on-time deliverables. Communicate any timeline shifts or updates to stakeholder partners.
- Document meeting notes and define action items for both UX project and stakeholder teams.
- Coordinate with Engineering Project Manager on hand off of final design deliverables.
- When needed, support UX researcher with logistics like participant recruitment, communication outreach, session note-taking, scheduling dry runs and user sessions
Key Qualifications
Some experience working with UX design and research is a plus
