Facility Maintenance Technician – San Diego Airport Rental Car

Conrac Solutions is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician at the San Diego Rental Car Rental Car Facility. We manage the consolidated rental car facilities at airports across the country, yet we are more than just a fueling operator or a property manager. As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to our equipment and systems including car wash stations, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Duties:

· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of systems,

· Troubleshoot failed equipment and provide recommended repair methods.

· Assist in minor repairs on general facility equipment and systems such as electrical, plumbing, doors, gate systems, HVAC, conveyance, vacuum systems, etc.

· Report relevant data points.

· Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including inventory area and tools.

· Complete special projects related to maintenance as assigned,

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· 2 years of experience in a technical role in a related area.

· Working knowledge of facility equipment and facility maintenance programs and procedures.

· Working understanding of plumbing, pumps, chemical testing, and small electrical systems.

· Considerable knowledge of safety principles and practices.

· Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices.

· Effective communication skills.

· Keen attention to detail.
