What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Estimator position at Conrad Consulting?
We are looking for a Chief Estimator / Estimating Leader in New York to work on a variety of residential & luxury residential projects.
The role:
- 7 years of experience in Residential projects - big preference for luxury residential
- Experience in the NY market specifically
- Ability to lead a team and build
- Project bidding, vendor pricing, take-offs, project budgeting
- Collaboration with Architects, Designers, Project Managers, and Supers to ensure smooth delivery of project.

- On-site role in NYC
- Up to 180K base salary
