What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator position at Conrad Consulting?
We are currently on the look out for Estimators in the Construction sector with experience in the following:
- Minimum 2 years in a GC firm
- Experience in one of the following - University/Education, Retail, Multi-Family, Hotel, or Healthcare.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Quantity Takeoffs, and Sub-Contractor big procurement.
The reporting locations can be one of the following:
- Syracuse NY
- Manhattan NY
- Point Pleasant NJ
The salary:
- This position can range from mid - senior level and will pay up to 130K, depending on experience and relevant projects.
