The Role
As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and growing a client base, sourcing top industry talent, and closing recruitment deals. This is a sales-driven role where you will develop business development skills, negotiation techniques, and recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively reach out to companies in the Civil/Structural, MEP, and Architectural industries to win new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to find and engage top candidates.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary insights, and hiring challenges.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong desire to succeed in sales and business development.
- No prior recruitment experience required – we provide full training!
- A background in sales, business development, customer service, or a competitive environment (e.g., sports, fundraising, retail, hospitality, or call centers) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
- Ability to work in our downtown Orlando office daily.
