The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Seasonal Server to join the Rooftop Bar Team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar position, excellent beverage knowledge to include; wines, beers, spirits and cocktails as well a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
This is a full time seasonal position which requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holiday
Classification : Seasonal
Shift : Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate : The pay rate for this role is $19.92 / hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position : This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requirescomplete open availability. We arenot able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

What will I be doing?
As a Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and / or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest beverage and / or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
