The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $28.36 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.

What will I be doing?
- 20% Answering phones and routing calls appropriately
- 20% Email Correspondence directed by managers on a daily basis
- 25% Collecting, Inputting, and Distributing all inbound inquiries into Delphi FDC
- 5% Generating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the sales department
- 10% Drafting proposals, contracts, and processing group turnovers on an ongoing basis
- 5% Submitting PO's and invoices for payment processing as requested by managers and directors
- 5% Conducting discovery visits and arranging discovery visit information to operational teams
- 5% Maintaining and ordering office supplies and other required items
- 5% Arranging VIP amenities, reservations, and assuring communication of Special requests amongst various departments

- Special project work as necessary
- Add new staff to Delphi.FDC and coordinate with IT team as necessary.
- Network Backup/Restore tape.
- Manage booking status in Delphi.FDC as necessary.
- Run Delphi.FDC Call Reports and performance summary.
- Data Entry of Team Member meetings in Delphi.FDC.
- Setup/delete and print new booking auto traces in Delphi.FDC.
- Support set up functions in Delphi.FDC.
- Attend / represent the commercial team at select assigned internal meetings and committees.
