Well established Bedford Heights manufacturing company is seeking a full-time employee for our order entry and administrative position.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Regularly makes customer service calls: tech calls, price and availability and processes payments for credit card orders.
- Manages all customer purchase orders including electronic purchase orders and manual order entry.
- Resolves purchase order pricing discrepancies with customers.
- Processes general administrative office duties including but not limited to receiving functions, inventory functions and customer services requests.
- Daily billing/invoicing of customer purchase orders which includes updating customer portals, sending out invoices and filling invoices for office records.
- Maintains office supply inventory via internal ordering system.
- Any other duty necessary for customer service or perceived by or assigned to the role.
Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday $17-$18 per hour based on experience. Good benefits including health, dental, 401k & profit sharing.
