Project Manager / Superintendent

SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to build our newest, luxury estate home project.  The person we are looking for has successfully built this type of project multiple times before.  

EXPERIENCE

• 10 years of experience in a fast-paced construction environment navigating exacting clients, resource constraints, and team dynamics.
• Successfully delivered large scale residential home construction projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

These requirements are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and climb, (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Constantly operate a computer (including typing, reading)
• Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances
• Able to drive and have access to reliable transportation to get to our headquarters and client sites within 30 minutes driving of headquarters.

• Full-time, direct-hire position located at one of our Bay Area jobsites.

• Annual discretionary performance-based bonus; vacation and sick time; annual company holidays; 401(k) with company match, and additional discretionary contribution.
• The base salary range for this role is between $100,000-$165,000.
