What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipper/Receiver position at ConRes?
Wall Industries, a subsidiary of Continental Resources, Inc., is located in Exeter, NH. The company manufactures and markets a full line of DC/DC converters and AC/DC power supplies with an emphasis on modified standard and customized power solutions to a worldwide market. We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and generate all necessary shipping documents, international exporting, AES, bill of lading and related broker documents
- Follow all ISO Shipping and packing work instructions, customer shipping/routing guide and ITAR regulations for exporting
- Complete computerized transactions in a timely manner to support MRP and Materials Department
- Work with accounting regarding credit holds and credit card orders
- Maintain accurate records of daily shipments, as well as maintain and report packaging inventory
- Receive all customer supplied and procured material and verify counts
- Match incoming material to proper open purchase orders
- Deliver and keep record of all incoming material without a Wall purchase order
- Perform other duties as directed
