Conroe Awning and Screening is looking for key players willing to work at least 40 hr. weeks.

The requirements are the following:
Must be physically capable of lifting 40-50 lbs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, loading, and unloading during entire length of shift.
Exposed to outdoors temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season.
MUST be able to read a tape measure and know basic math skills.
Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of frames using hand and power tools.
- Support the construction team by lifting heavy materials and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret shop drawings to understand project requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the construction site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
