Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Per-Diem X-Ray Technician to support our surgical team. In this role, you’ll perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, C-arm experience in the OR, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Properly position patients to obtain high-quality images while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Utilize C-arm fluoroscopy equipment in the operating room, ensuring accurate imaging during surgical procedures.
- Adhere to radiation protection guidelines, including shielding and monitoring exposure levels.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging studies.
- Assist with equipment quality control and routine maintenance.

- Minimum of 1 year of C-arm experience in the OR required.
- Previous experience in a surgical center, hospital, or outpatient setting preferred.
